Santa Clara School offers an on-site Before and After School Care as well as Vacation Care throughout the school holidays.
Our Out of School Care provides a quality learning program based on the EYLF and My Time, Our Place. All Educators have current First Aid and Working with Children Checks.

7:00am-9:00am & 2:00pm-6:00pm (School term)
7:30am-6:00pm = Vacation Care and Pupil Free days.
Before school: $17.00 per session per
After School: $30-00 per session
Pupil Free day: $70 per session
Vacation care: $70 per session per child + Incursions
Before School Care
The Centre is open from 7:00am to 9:00am with Kindergarten and Pre-Primary children being walked to their classrooms by the Nominated Supervisor or Educators at 8:40am. Children in Year 1-6 walk from the Centre to their classroom at 8:40am.
After School Care
The Centre is open from 2.00pm to 6.00pm.
Children from Kindergarten and Pre-Primary are collected from their classrooms by Educators at the end of the school day.
Children in Year 1-6 are able to meet educators at the O.S.C Room, who will greet students as they arrive and support them to apply sun cream and wash their hands.
All children attending are required to ensure the Educator has checked off their name on the computer (Kiosk) before moving off to join in for afternoon tea and programmed activities.
Vacation Care and Pupil Free Days
The Centre is open from 7.30am to 6.00pm.
Prior bookings are essential through My Family Lounge app.
We accept children from other schools on these days.
Please note – The Centre is closed from the day before Christmas Eve until the closest working day in the New Year.
We also close for all Public Holidays and our Catholic Day.
Should you wish to enrol your child, please see our orientation and enrolment procedure below:
- Submit a completed enrolment form along with a direct Debit form.
- Register your child through MyGov.
- Provide any necessary additional documentation for example custodial papers, court orders, action plans for medical conditions etc.
- Contact service to organise a time for your orientation tour .
- Parents are encouraged to include their child/ren on the tour.
